We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CLAXY.However, we provide 30 days(upon receipt) of remorse purchasing, and buyers are responsible for the return postage. Returns outside of our 30 days will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping for expedited orders) once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse. Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise after we checked the return item(s) condition. Extra expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt

Must be free from scratches and/or defects

Packed in original packaging with all parts and components

Lamp shades must be wrapped in their original wrapping

In new condition with no damage or cut wires

Must not have any writing on the original packaging

Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee. Credits will be issued using your original payment method, please allow up to 30 days for return and refund.

You may initiate a return for defective item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund if you do not want replacement. Once a return has been set up and returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.

To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:

Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed

Incorrect item was received

We will provide a RMA(Return Manchandise Authorization) number and return shipping label after we confirm your defective return, please fixed them on the package.

What should I do if I received defective or damaged product?

CLAXY takes great care to ensure we provide quality products that are packaged to reach you safely. Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. If you do receive item damaged or defective, please contact customer service, free replacement is available. If you want to return, please refer to our Defective Returns policy

Where can I buy the parts if I broken them?

Usually we do not sell light accessories or shade separately, but if you bought the item from us, please contact us with the order information, we can sell them to you.
